Brazilian sax/clarinetist Nailor Proveta first appeared in San Francisco as director of the Banda Mantiqueira which opened for Hermeto Pascoal’s show at the Palace of Fine Arts, and then as part of Benjamin Taubkin’s group that accompanied Monica Salmaso. Today’s show features the first North American airplay of Nailor Proveta’s debut album "Tocando Para O Interior".
