The United States military subpoenas a Flashpoints correspondent for her reporting on the case of Lieutenant Ehren Watada, the first commissioned US officer to publicly refuse deployment to Iraq, we’ll speak with her and Dahr Jamail about freedom of the press; we re-broadcast the interview with Ehren Watada that peaked the military’s interest; also, a Palestinian farmer is shot by the Israeli occupation army in Northern Gaza, while in the West Bank Israeli troops abduct eight Palestinians, we’ll have a news report from Bethlehem; the poetry of Palestinian poet and visionary Mahmoud Darwish, read by acclaimed American poet Carolyn Forche, featured in our new segment, In the Margins; and the Knight Report.
