So did Kriss Worthington, city councilmember for Berkeley’s District 6.
And, Richmond city councilmember Gayle McLaughlin was elected mayor of that
city, making her the first Green Party mayor in the Bay Area, and the first
Green Party mayor of any major U.S. city.
