Roberts faces nomination to the United States Supreme Court. We’ll
hear an update on the documentation of illegal goings on with the
Republican Party from the 2004 election – could this be another
Watergate?

Guests include Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, author Gail Sheehy,
Wendell Paris – civil rights activist in Hurricane ravaged
Mississippi, Curtis Muhammed – community activist dealing with the
devastation in New Orleans, Ohio voting activist Bob Fitrakis,
American Law Professor Jamin Raskin, Capitol Hill Correspondent Mitch
Jeserich from Free Speech Radio News, Pacifica reporters in Houston
