Flashpoints

Flashpoints – July 5, 2004

Today on a special so-called Independence Day Edition of Flashpoints, we
look at a world in bondage, from the Iraq war to the continued attack on
women in this country. We’ll broadcast a recent speech by author and
historian Larry Everest, and we’ll talk about the state of battered women in
US prisons who killed in self-defense.
