A wink and a nod from the supreme court with the Grants Pass ruling has paved the way for San Francisco to agressively clear encampments that serve as homes and communities for the unhoused. Now, Mayor London Breed has asked city officials to pick up the pace by offering free bus tickets out of town as incentive.
