Kaiser mental healthcare workers – members of the National Union of Healthcare Workers (NUHW) – in the Bay Area, are on strike, in a labor action that started more than three weeks ago. We are joined by Jessica Dominguez, Founder and Lead Clinician of La Clínica in Richmond a program that provides culturally sensitive mental health care to Spanish speakers. It is the only program Kaiser offers that is targeted to Spanish speakers.
