Former SF District Attorney staff speak on appointed DA’s impact

On todays show – a look at the realities of newly appointed SF District Attorney Brooke Jenkins. She’s fulfilling her promises to arrest more people, criminalize mental health and substance abuse and be “tougher on crime” much to the devastation of San Francisco’s most vulnerable populations. She has also been outed as being paid to support the recall effort of democratically elected former SF DA Chesa Boudin. We talk about Jenkins’ current tenure, past transgressions and the reversal of progressive policies that were investing in the actual safety of San Franciscans with two former staff people from the office of Chesa Boudin. We’ll be joined by Rachel Marshall, formerly Communications Director and Policy Advisor for Chesa Boudin; and Lexa Grayner, attorney who resigned from her position in the DA’s office after being demoted by Jenkins from her work litigating the ghost gun program in San Francisco.
