In the first hour, guest host, Christina Aanestad, speaks with Lama Tsultrim Allione, renowned Tibetan Buddhist teacher and practitioner, about the divine feminine in Buddhism. She is also the author of several books including “Women of Wisdom” and “Feeding Your Demons: Ancient Wisdom for Resolving Inner Conflict.” Allione’s forth coming book is “Wisdom Rising: Journey into the Mandala of the Empowered Feminine.” www.taramandala.org

The second hour is a conversation about sexual harassment with feminist scholar Ashwini Tambe and Bill Tamayo, District Director at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Tambe is an Associate Professor of Women’s Studies at University of Maryland-College Park. She is also the editorial director of “Feminist Studies”, the oldest U.S. scholarly journal of research on gender and women. Bill Tamayo has litigated for victims of sexual harassment and provided sexual harassment prevention training. He has won several large discrimination settlements including a 2.3 million dollar settlement against Fry’s Electronics and a 1.7 million dollar settlement against Lowe’s, and two near one-million dollar settlements against Kovacevich 5 farms and Harris Farms for sexual harassment of female farm workers.
