Dating apps are now one of the most common ways people meet and fall in love. That’s especially true for Gen Z’ers and Millennials, but it’s also increasingly true for earlier generations. But, how well does online dating actually work? Do relationships that begin online really turn into long-term commitments, supposing that’s what people are looking for? And, what other types of relationships begin online? Of course, there are others ways that technology is influencing how we form romantic connections. Dating via video apps like Zoom and Facetime, is almost mundane these days, partially as a result of the COVID pandemic. And, yes, Virtually Reality dating is now even a thing. So, what are the pros and cons of this brave new world of dating? And how is technology changing the way we fall in love? Host David B.
