First, acclaimed evolutionary biologist Paul Ehrlich will join us to discuss a fascinating new book he has co-authored with an orthodontist called Jaws: The Story of a Hidden Epidemic about how children’s mouths and jaws have changed their shapes as a result of industrial agriculture and how that affects everything from crowded teeth and face shapes, to long-term health problems. Then, Mark Hertsgaard, investigative editor at large of The Nation magazine will share his disturbing findings about how the cell phone industry has worked for decades to suppress research, linking cancer to cell phone usage.
