Donald Trump threatens to unleash “fire and fury” at North Korea leading Kim Jong Un to respond with a warning that he might send a missile toward Guam, a US territory housing a major military base. On today’s show we’ll turn to North Korea expert Tim Shorrock. Then, Erik Prince, the notorious founder of the military contractor formerly known as Blackwater is making the rounds of media outlets to push the Trump administration into privatizing the US war in Afghanistan. Frighteningly Donald Trump is actually considering it. We’ll turn to Sean McFate, a man who worked for years as a private military contractor and who has denounced Prince’s idea as nothing less than colonialist. Finally, Kevin Gosztola joins us to discuss the latest in the Robert Mueller investigation and why Paul Manafort’s home was raided by the FBI.
