Davey D brings us highlights from the 2nd annual State of the Black World Conference held in New Orleans. We hear excerpts from a town hall meeting featuring Council woman Cynthia Willard-Lewis & Carothers of the Samuel Dewitt Proctor Project. We'll also hear an interview from New Orleans Hip-Hop artist Sess 4-5.
