Joseph Kanon, author of the spy thriller, “Defectors,” is interviewed by Richard Wolinsky. One of the leading spy novelists writing today, Joseph Kanon began his career as an editor at a major publishing house. His novel “The Good German” became a successful film. “Defectors” tells the story of American defectors living in Russia during the height of the Cold War.
