1. Give yourself time to prepare and test.
  2. Create a quiet environment: Mute cellphones, close all programs and mute system sounds.
  3. A computer/laptop that is fairly new, within the last three – five years.
  4. A wired connection to the internet if doing a remote, or if that’s not possible position your laptop close to the WiFi.
  5. A pair of closed-back headphones.
  6. A USB Mic such as the “Blue – Yeti”
  7. Have a Plan B – Things sometimes don’t work out and Operations will need to rely on your pre-provided and communicated Plan B, such as an evergreen.
