4th Annual Bay Area Miles for Midwives 5K

in Oakland’s beautiful Lakeside Park at Lake Merritt
Registration and set-up starts at 7:30AM, race starts at 8:00AM, and resource fair with tablers is open from 8:00-11:00AM.
This event is sponsored by the California Nurse Midwives Association and the California Association of Midwives. It is a 5k stroller friendly run/walk open to the whole family. Proceeds benefit the two sponsoring organizations in their mission to promote access to midwifery care for Californian families and improve maternal and infant health outcomes in our state. In addition to the run/walk, the event features a resource fair with vendors, community organizations, and healthcare providers.
