It’s all about Transformation, be it physical, cultural or spiritual. In order for the process to be complete, there needs to be agreement between the “inner” and “outer” realms. Jovelyn Richards will read from her most recent work:Blue, Black and Brown Tulips for Evening. It exams the post civil war era of social and personal transformation from slavery to freedom. In addition, she will invite listeners to discuss the “why” and “how” of personal transformation. The usually difficult beginning stages of change can sometimes leave us questioning our sanity and the sanity of those around us!
