1:08 – Family of Miles Hall reaches $4m settlement with Walnut Creek

Taun Hall is the mother of 23 year old Miles Hall, killed by Walnut Creek PD on Sep 2, 2019 while he was in the throes of a mental health crisis and the family called 911 for help. The family has started the Miles Hall Foundation to prevent any further tragedies and demand reforms to stop lethal police responses to mental health incidence.
