0:15 – In its dying gasp, the Trump administration has targeted Black migrants from African and Caribbean countries for deportations, immigrant advocates and watchdog groups say. Two Haitian boys ages 9 and 19 were detained and separated at San Francisco International Airport this week. Immigrants’ rights advocates sprang into action to try to free the boys, connect them with their family, and provide legal support. We speak with Milli Atkinson, Legal Director for the San Francisco Immigrant Legal Defense Collaborative, who is representing the boys.
