The 43rd annual Frameline festival, the San Francisco LGBTQ Film Festival is now presenting films and performances at venues across the Bay Area, ending Sunday June 30. A new documentary film, Seahorse, shares this intimate journey of a young transgender man, becoming pregnant and giving birth. The film challenges ideas of biology and mother and father roles, and expands ideas of gender and parenthood. We’re joined by the director, Jeanie Finlay (@JeanieFinlay) on making the film Seahorse.
