Today Cat Brooks and Mitch Jeserich feature clips from James Baldwin’s speeches : “Living and Growing in a White World” and “Free and Brave”. The first speech was given at Castlemont High School in Oakland in 1963 and the second at the Second Baptist Church in Los Angeles in 1963.
