A new bill was introduced this year to ban single use plastics. Advocates say it’s needed now more than ever since China is now refusing US recycleables. We get an update from Mark Murrey, Executive Director of Californian’s Against Waste (@cawrecycles) dedicated to “conserving resources, preventing pollution and protecting California’s environment through the development, promotion, and implementation of waste reduction and recycling policies and programs.”
