Gyan Riley and Timba Harris join host Derk Richardson in the KPFA performance studio, with Tony Ferro engineering, for a live performance. Riley (son of composer Terry Riley) and Harris (a member of Trey Spruance‘s Secret Chiefs 3) have impressive catalogs of their individual work, but their collaboration is a whole different beast. They released their brilliant Probosci debut, “Time to Feed,” in 2014, and earlier this week performed in the Garden of Memory walk-through concert at the Chapel of the Chimes.
