We also speak with Tariq Ra’ouf, one of the media spokespeople for Global Sumud Flotilla, which has begun sailing out of Tunisia, with organizers and participants saying they are determined to break Israel’s siege on Gaza and deliver urgently needed humanitarian aid.
Our Resistance in Residence artist this week is Cheryl Fabio. Cheryl is an Oakland-based filmmaker, writer, and cultural worker whose documentaries spotlight Black resilience, justice, and community.
