Next, we go to Laila who is a Syrian-Palestinian law student and organizer with the Bay Area chapter of the Palestinian Youth Movement: a transnational, grassroots organization of Palestinian and Arab youth in the diaspora fighting for justice and liberation.
This week’s Resistance in Residence artist is author Maggie Tokuda-Hall. Maggie is an acclaimed author of children’s and YA books. She is also a founding member of Authors Against Book Bans.
