Omar Offendum is a Syrian American hip-hop artist, designer, poet and peace activist. He was born in Saudi Arabia, raised in Washington, DC, and now lives in Los Angeles, California.

Jared A. Ball is a professor of communication studies at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. Additionally, he is an author, radio host and mixtape radio producer.
