We speak with Uncle Bobby Johnson about District Attorney Nancy O’Malley’s decision to not charge officer, Anthony Pirone, in the murder of Oscar Grant III. Pirone was the second officer involved in the shooting. He was later terminated following an internal investigation of the death of Mr. Oscar Grant III in 2009.
