Featuring special guests CHUCK JOHNSON and ERNESTO DIAZ-INFANTE conspiring on wires of steel. Hot on the heels of his acclaimed new ‘ambient pedal steel’ release “Balsams”, CHUCK JOHNSON approaches his work with an ear towards finding faults and instabilities that might reveal latent beauty. ERNESTO DIAZ-INFANTE has created musical compositions that span a broad perspective including transcendental piano, noise, avant-garde guitar, field recordings, lo-fi four-track manipulations, and experimental song. His forthcoming release “For M.F.” showcases an hour of meditative beauty. Live in-studio Freq Mod Mixes feature each artist as the third hour marks a collaborative Freq Mod guitar trio. Radio incantations and direct-to-ear demodulations channelling the eternal feedback loop.
