AACRE Thursdays Host Paige Chung interviews Hmong Innovating Politics’s (HIP) organizers Kao Ye Thao and Maki in their upcoming electoral organizing on the primary and general elections in 2022, youth-led social justice work, and their humble beginnings as a grassroots organization. Kao Ye Thao is the director of policy and partnerships at HIP, Sacramento and Maki is the Lead community organizer at HIP, Sacremento.
