A period of shaky clam continues tonight in the Iraq cities of Fallujah and Najaf. Meanwhile, the United Nations envoy to Iraq is warning the U.S. against sending American troops into those cities.

More than one million people march in the nation’s capitol in support of women’s reproductive rights.

Protests against the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank were held in Washington, D.C., while the two institutions celebrated their 60th anniversary.

And public hearings will be held this week on a Department of Energy draft environmental impact report that calls for an increase of plutonium at the Livermore Lab.
