Greenpeace Toxics Campaigner John Deans says the Chevron fire in Richmond could have injured or killed more than 100,000 if a tank holding the wrong chemical had burst–he says the chemical industry is blocking safety reforms, so we’ve got a lobbyist from the industry coming on to spar with him.
