Mark Anquoe (Kiowa) talks to Andrea Carmen (Yaqui), the Executive Director of the International Indian Treaty Council about the historic US visit by the UN Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, James Anaya, as well as the second International Indigenous Women’s Environmental and Reproductive Health Symposium taking place this weekend in Alaska.
