Performing live on Sing Out: Iran’s master musician Kayhan Kalhor, on kamancheh (violin), accompanied by tombak (drum) player Behrouz Jamali. Kalhor is well-known world-wide for his collaborations with musicians from Kronos Quartet to the New York Philharmonic, and is a member of Yo-Yo Ma’s Silk Road Ensemble as well as the all-star Masters of Persian Music..
