San Francisco Symphony’s principal violist Jonathan Vinocour visits Sing Out to discuss Morton Feldman’s “Rothko Chapel” and Mozart’s “Requiem.” These are perhaps the quietest (Feldman) and one of the loudest (Mozart) works, paired together in four sold out SF Symphony concerts March 23-26. Vinocour is the soloist in the Feldman work. He also discusses life in the orchestra.
