David McBurnie speaks with master drummer of the Bomba and Plena rhythms, Dr.Modesto Cepeda from Puerto Rico. Dr. Cepeda is head of the legendary Cepeda family, which since the 1950’s has been considered one the the premier Bomba and Plena drum ensembles of Puerto Rico.
