Concluding its Black History Month programming, Sing Out devotes tonight’s show to music overseen by African American record producer Tom Wilson, who oversaw some of the Sixties’ most important recordings, including Bob Dylan’s “Like a Rolling Stone,” Pete Seeger’s “God Bless the Grass,” Simon & Garfunkel’s (“Sound of Silence,” the debut albums by the Blues Project, the Velvet Underground, Nico (“Chelsea Girl”), Frank Zappa & the Mothers of Invention (“Freak Out”).
