Then David Bacon, labor correspondent updates the cases of 1500 workers at American Apparel in Los Angeles fired for not having valid immigration status. In the second hour a controversy in San Francisco over Park Land at Candlestick Point and a private housing development. Wrapping up the program Mark Klein discusses his book, “Wiring Up for the Big Brother Machine… and Fighting It”.
