In tonight’s program, in a second interview, Khalil Bendib speaks with Professor Mahmood Mamdani, prominent political scientist and anthropologist at Columbia University. During the program, we also listen to selections from Khomsa by world-celebrated Tunisian oud player and composer,  Anouar Brahem, who is widely regarded as an innovator in his field. He fuses Arabic classical music, folk music and jazz.
