Then a look at International Criminal Court's arrest warrant for President Omar al-Bashir of Sudan. Then Obama's offer on Missile Defense: Russia and Iran. In the second hour another edition of Letters from Washington: The First 100 Days with Mitch Jeserich. Wrapping up the program a conversation with Dave Zirin, author of “A People's History of Sports in the United States” about the Sports Bubble.
