Then David Bacon, labor correspondent, focuses on workplace immigration raids in Washington State. In the second hour another edition of Letters from Washington: The First 100 Days with Mitch Jeserich. Wrapping up the program Kate Kendell, Executive Director of Center of Lesbian Rights, gives a preview of the California Supreme Court arguments on Proposition 8, Gay marriage.
