In the second hour another edition Letters from Washington: The First 100 Days with Mitch Jeserich. Wrapping up the program Alison Hardy, Staff Attorney at the Prison Law Office discusses the failure of the California Department of Corrections to relieve overcrowding and deficient medical care for California prisoners.
