In the second hour a look at the Obama nomination of Leon Panetta, to be Director of the CIA with Mel Goodman, a former CIA analyst for 25 years, now a senior fellow at the Center for International Policy and author of "The Failure of Intelligence: The Decline and Fall of the CIA". Followed by news of the FBI infiltration of Common Ground Relief, a left activist organization. Wrapping up the program, "What Do You Think about the Headline News?"
