In the second hour an unarmed man was shot by an Oakland Police Officer this weekend. We talk with John Burris, civil rights attorney representing the family of "Jody" Woodfox. Then a conversation about human rights in China on the eve of the Olympics. Wrapping up the program David Maraniss discusses his book, "Rome 1960: The Olympics That Changed the World".
