Host Rickey Vincent pays tribute to one of the funkiest bass players on the planet, Paul Jackson. An original member of Herbie Hancock’s groundbreaking 70’s fusion group the Headhunters, Jackson was recognized for his distinctive bass playing and musical contributions. Jackson is set to be honored at the North Beach Jazz Festival next week.
