Next labor correspondent David Bacon details the teachers strike in Puerto Rico and NAFTA concerns in Mexico.

In the second hour the Federal Reserve holds hands with Wall Street. And wrapping up the program Aimee Allison interviews the author of "The Dancer and the Thief: A Novel" Antonio Skarmeta.
