The Morning Show

The Morning Show – March 7, 2008

The Morning Show asks the question "Is journalism in the cross hairs?" with Tim Redmond, Executive Editor of the San Francisco Bay Guardian, and Linda Jue, President of the Northern California Society of Professional Journalists. Followed by Thomas Cathcart & Daniel Klein, co-authors of "Aristotle and an Aardvark Go to Washington: Understanding Political Doublespeak Through Philosophy and Jokes".

In the second hour Luis Rodriguez, author of the memoir, "Always Running" about his youth as a Los Angeles gang member, was in the Bay Area earlier this week and KPFA’s Rainjita Geesler had a chance to talk with him. Wrapping up the program Richard Dawkins, celebrated evolutionary biologist at Oxford University, and author of "The God Delusion" is in conversation with host Aimee Allison.
