In this week’s program, on the eve of International Women’s Day, we will talk with Professor Shahrzad Mojab of University of Toronto about "Post-war Reconstruction and Democracy Promotion: Women’s NGOs in Iraq."

Later in the program will talk to Elahe Amani, a long time feminist activist about the arrest of women’s rights activists in Iran on March 4.

Also on the program, we will bring you the first part of a two-part interview with Novelist and poet Mohja Kahf about her recently published Novel The Girl in the Tangerine Scarf.
