In this week’s program, UC Berkeley History Professor Beshara Doumani will talk with Dr. Mustafa Barghouti about the political situation in occupied Palestine and the outlook for the future of that beleaguered country. Dr. Barghouti is a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council and Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Initiative. Later in the program, we will talk with Delinda Hanley, News Editor for the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs, about her unique magazine.

We will also hear music by Palestinian rapper Mohammed Al-Farra aka D.R. (or the Dynamic Rapper,) who is based in Gaza and has just finished his first solo album, titled ANA JEET (I HAVE ARRIVED.)
