Las Comadres is a radio drama series about three senoras on a mission to transform the world are Mamacoatl, Maria Medina Serafin and Nina Serrano. The three women artists make their weekly plans and exchange their latest poetry and songs. They speak and compose in English, Spanish, and Spanglish for your listening pleasure. In today’s’ episode they explore the theme of the role of Silence: how to break it, what are its effects on the violence in our communities and inner lives. Full of love and high spirits they invite the listener to join their quests and friendship.
