In this week’s program, Khalil Bendib will have a conversation with Bard College Professor of Social Studies Joel Kovel, the author of Overcoming Zionism: Creating a Single Democratic State in Israel/Palestine. In an assault on academic freedom by organizations mobilized to suppress criticism of Israel’s policies, Professor Kovel has been targeted for challenging the historical Zionist Narrative.
During the program, we will also hear selections from Morton’s Foot, a music CD by prominent Lebanese avant-garde composer Rabih Abou Khalil.
